Yes, I've read some web reports about the Raleigh city council vacillating over what rules to impose on airbnb and STR in general.https://www.newsobserver.com/n...It seems they've not been enforcing any of their decisions, as a quick scan at airbnb's site shows lots of whole house / apartment rentals in the metro area.Even so, we'll keep our options open and may need to expand our search outside of the Raleigh city limits.

Attorneys fees, depending on what they are for specifically, can be classified as an advance in the same way as paying for delinquent property taxes, insurance, and other expenses made to protect a lender's vested interest can be.

BUT... that is where back-links still are needed.The more web-presence, the more google will think you are legitimate, the better chances you have to rank high.This is why Google content is king... when you already are ranking #1.
