I own a couple in Maple Valley already, but I'm hoping to find cashflow. 

I would reccomend Hill Valley property management or Jenny Jones at Jane Rowe Realty.

Cash flow can be good in some markets, it is not the best reason to invest in places like Silicon Valley.

Gilbert's rental prices are some of the highest in the Valley as well, which speaks well to your goal of using it as a STR/MTR.
