This is based on 9 months of data of new builds sold in Columbus OH. These are the best places to look for equity gains in Columbus based on what new builds are selling for. I included some positions less than 20% but I would recommend sticking to 20% equity positions or above. This is based on a standard feature build contract based on our own pricing for contracts. Hocking county is a wonderful market for build to rent, VBRO, vacation rental. Incredible demand and very limited supply. If you want help identifying lots in these areas to build on please reach out. Our firm prefers new construction over existing inventory.
