TERRE HAUTE PROPERTY MANAGER

Based on my experience is better to have a local property manager.

I learned that if a PM is good at a market it is because they put their focus in a market.  They are very familiar with that market. They know every street in that market like they know the market like they know the back of their hand. They know the bad streets to avoid. They know the market square footage of units because they are in those streets everyday. Therefore they can give you excellent service.

To expect your PM rot provide the same quality of service from your PM in the next city over would be unfair to your PM because they are not in those streets everyday.

With that said I am looking for a good local PM in Terre Haute who is familiar with apartment investing. Anybody her have experience using Complete Landlord Solutions or Stone Realty Property Management in Terre Haute ? What has been your experience working with them?

@Jason Ma

I live, work and invest in Terre Haute. I would reccomend Hill Valley property management or Jenny Jones at Jane Rowe Realty. They are the absolute best in town. I would never ever use CLS.
