I'm looking to see if there are any construction companies building homes where-in they are already building the homes but you are able to purchase and customize your home.What would be the best way to search for something like this?

In general, bigger companies plan on reselling the loans to Fannie or Freddie and need to have the loans fit into specific criteria regarding customer risk and home values.

Just saw that customer support had replied to me and it had went to my junk folder!

I've been impressed with their team and the customer service I've received.

We did open up the living room and kitchen and placed a bar area in between and added custom recessed lighting throughout.

We were able to respond to the negative review, thank the customer for their stay, apologize for their experience and THANK them for their negative review. 

The customer needs to probate her father's house and has been paying the taxes since 2008.

I'm not afraid of the hard work and am looking forward to the booking/marketing/customer service part of the "job", but I'm leary of finding and trusting a team to be my "boots on the ground".Please share your horror stories AND your wins!

I would say to contact your lender, most likely their customer service group as your loan rep is off the case. 

Basically they do real estate photos, drone aerial videos, high quality virtual staging, 3d tours, augmented reality of the homes for sale, and free brochure creation that the realtors can customize themselves and have ready almost immediately.
