Looking for tips on self-managing a Central Florida STR from NY...

How did you find your cleaners/maintenance team?

How do you ensure the job is well done each time? 

I'm not afraid of the hard work and am looking forward to the booking/marketing/customer service part of the "job", but I'm leary of finding and trusting a team to be my "boots on the ground".
