As far as mobility goes, this is what I'm personally hoping to accomplish in my life outside of real estate, there are plenty of resources (tumbleweedtinyhouses.com) that provide information regarding the legalities of what is considered to be a "mobile" home and everything involved on that end of things.

In order to access the money, the developer will have to prove that the project is fully funded, present invoices from his suppliers and/or provide evidence of construction milestones being reached.
