The door blanks do not have hinge notches or holes for the door handle, you will need to install that your self.

Check out this wireless lighting control called Hue, by Phillips.You can basically create a lighting system just by installing new bulbs and setting up scenes on a free app.They sell them at the apple store. $200 for the starter kit which includes 3 bulbs and the wireless bridge, and $60 each additional bulb. 50 bulbs per wireless bridge.You can do some cool stuff relatively inexpensive.Not trying to spam you, I have no affiliation I just think there cool.

If it is to auctioned from a forfeiture, the court can terminate any agreement or make arrangements for the tenant and owners.I'm actually awaiting the disposition of a property here that was purchased on an installment contract by a drug dealer who has weapons charges, mail fraud, money laundering, distribution and conspiracy charges who most likely won't be out in 20.

After they moved out, I installed a bath fan and wired it to the existing bathroom light so that the fan would always turn on with the light.

There is a crack (relatively small) in the concrete slab, but the crack runs from the front to back of the slab and is visible through the tile floor of living room, dining room, etc.

have a sub meter installed , split the water when it comes into the house , house on left meter from the street , meter on right side , sub meter simple subtraction . you have to get in and read the meter , it also gives you a chance to inspect property.

. :)Investor to investor deals can later be out of compliance if the buying investor allows the assumption in some installment loan as it may the be seen as a method or scheme to circumvent the intent of the Act.If the property is residential covered property, it's just best to comply with a MLO or attorney.....another option is to sell to a non-profit and let them do it, another exemption, but most won't go there.I really wouldn't ask closing attorneys or title attorneys about loan compliance as that is not their area of expertise and I'd say most will skim the regs of the day and base much of an opinion on RE experience, which is not the same thing.Call a small local bank, tell them you have a need for a financing type attorney and ask who they use in town or in the region.
