Sasan, I have a client in Lawrenceville, GA that developed and owns/operates a very successful assisted living/memory care facility.

I just love it when a transaction operator with one idea chimes in and offers a grc method as the only way. 

however when it comes to pressing that go button, I freeze up, because I don't think I have all the necessary info or tools needed to be successful.  

Agents also take care of the vast majority of the paperwork in a transaction.  

Has anybody used this funding source successfully?

What I would like to learn, more specifically, is how the transaction takes place when you have a partner.
