There is a driveway for parking cars as well as ample street parking.

@Edward SilvaMy full time job is only 2-3 hours a day, 15 minutes here and there doing drug screens whenever people show up needing them. 

But the current address of the house is on a known busy street, however the street that crosses it is known to have quieter areas.

If they rent, they compulsively worry about "being thrown out on the street."
