My name is Magnus Løv, 21 years of age and I'm currently studying Economics and Business Administration at Aarhus University. 

A couple of very general questions I have right now to further my education:1) Where can I learn more about the demographics and economics of specific neighborhoods in the D.C. area?

I have my Ph.D. in Economics and I study markets. 

I don't know if I would call it a "bubble" per se, but globally we are facing a pretty serious economic crisis.

Make sure that you select a property in a diverse economic area and it has a growing population.  

Go to college, major in real estate management, finance, economics. 

As far as resources, I'm a young economics major.

It looks like having the "series" which allows many LLCs to be operated under one umbrella LLC would be much more economical than operating a bunch of California LLCs, in terms of paying taxes on each LLC, accounting time and fees, etc.
