@Matthew Wahlstrom What is the market value of the property in it's current condition?

I asked if he would be willing to let me look at the property to asses the condition and see if we can work something out. 

They create a show home with too many high end finishes/features and fail to grasp fair rental condition.

Most people will get these to minimum occupancy standards (e.g. sturdy floors, no roof leaks, working plumbing, hot water, air conditioning / heating, etc) and then rent it.  

Perhaps we can put a call together next week, I can hear more about what will work for you financially, and what condition etc you're willign to work with and we can go from there?

You would need to do a walk through as the old tenants move out and document the property condition...

Is this amount accurate in current market conditions?

I find they could be covering up an unauthorized resident, property condition, or problem they fear they may be charged for......So it can compound a problem if you neglect these routine peeks in a unit.

My wife and I love it down there with the shopping, restaurants, equestrian interest, the vineyard, and socials.
