Looking to connect with St. Louis MO cash flow investors.

I am beginning some preliminary research on expanding my portfolio into the St. Louis area. I am looking to connect with property managers, turnkey providers, realtors, and most importantly other investors to get their opinion and expertise on this market. Multi units in this market have grabbed my attention. After buying several SFH over the past year I was also thinking of diversifying the portfolio with a multi unit. St Louis seems to offer great units in good neighborhoods at affordable prices and some of the best numbers I can find. I thought it would also be good to get some experience with investing in a multi unit. I looking forward to hearing everyone's initial thoughts and more discussions in the future. Thanks
