A few missing screens, no smoke detector or switch plates should solve that issue

Bonds are a non-starter.There is a market for selling silver and collectibles just like any other item.Right now silver is at an 80:1 ratio with gold and for the whole of the 20th century, the average gold-silver ratio was 47:1.

I'm currently working with four buyers citing climate change as their reason for moving here - one from OR and one from UT, both citing smoke from forest fires and two from New Orleans, for obvious reasons.

Before an applicant even gets the property address, I know how much they smoke and how many animals they have among other things. 

So I'm smoking 2 racks of baby back ribs to give to the current 4 tenants. 

It's very rare they will want that information, they are blowing smoke and blowing off steam. 

Or go with the Silver level and save me some money...

I know, it sucks, but I might be able to help make a silver lining to those dark clouds.

So don't get discouraged if they aren't smoking hot.

But I actually think there is a massive silver lining here which should ease your mind.
