Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?

Probably not the attorney that pitches the agents because I keep seeing bad stories about getting his clients into trouble. 

Same with Little Elm, TX...purchased a single story SFR for $150k and rented for $1,500.

This two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been completely remodeled.

This 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been completely remodeled.

So when I’m hearing the stories of people on here doing aBRRRR, they are holding onto the property for six months before refinancing?

I have lots of appraisal stories but getting a low appraisal and then selling it a week later for about 30% over the appraisal.

You would need to find out the story for each property and see if you can problem solve and create and win-win for everyone.
