Lending strategies and order of purchasing
Hi all!
I'm a newbie investor looking to make a couple of purchases in the next year. I want to know more about the "creative" lending options I have since I know somewhere after 4-10 conventional loans, things get hairy. Should I get a primary SFH first and then MFH/other type of investment properties after or vise versa? Should I be saving my conventional loan options for bigger purchases later? What should I be thinking about this order of borrowing money for different types of properties?
