I have to go to every showing, they need to remove dogs every showing and for some reason I have to go pick up the daughter from school and take her to get a snack if a showing is happening that day.

I am looking to jump into real estate to have a passive cashflow while in medical school (I have about 3 years before I apply). 

We’ve seen lost revenue, cancelled bookings, our personal investments lose money, schools being cancelled, people working remotely, and people in fear about the future.

PG county comes up frequently—but schools in PG aren’t great.

This is day one of real estate law in law school and heavily taught on all state bars.

I guess the limiting thing might be the schools, if you want to do long term holds/rentals.

I can get all the detail I need online to run a deal (insurance rates, taxes, rents, crime rates, school ratings, etc.) 

But, what will happen in two or three years down the road when your unit/property is on month-to-month or suddenly vacated in the middle of a school semester? 

It's important to know which one you'll use before you start.I would definitely recommend the Joe Fairless syndication school podcasts.

Schenectady taxes are VERY high and the school system is one of the worst in the state.
