@Jason Young I am a fellow veteran and Military Relocation Professional too.

So even if there are a lot of new listings, it doesn't mean they're the type of listing that will work in this niche. 1/1's and 2/1's seem to be the sweet spot unless you're targeting corporate, relocations or insurance placements.

I just relocated to Tacoma from the East Coast.

It has been interesting to read the follow-up posts to this thread since we had focused on 1900 and earlier homes in Michigan before we relocated last year. 

I've just relocated to Miami Beach and I'm doing a little market evals in the various neighborhoods around the Miami area.

I recently relocated to South Beach from Madrid and am looking to invest in rental property in Miami.

Although the lots aren't immediately useless, it will be several thousand dollars to have the owls removed and relocated.

I’m still about 3 months fresh in this industry and I’m constantly doing research and browsing on BP to learn the ins and outs so when I do relocate to a Indy I can hit the ground running.

My family and I recently relocated to Spokane and I bring a good bit of knowledge and skills with me from Northern Arizona.
