Plus whole house is on oil heat which I don’t believe can be split with two separate meters so our plan is to block the duct to the efficiency side and put in its own heating element, Propane wall unit or Electric wall unit.

Most schools in the city, such as where this house is, are not ranked so high.

Guesty takes the rein as the lowest ranking software:  Like used car salesemen promising to sell you a porche at top dollar thats worth every penny, delivering a 78 winnebago, and skipping town till they get called out. 

Then owner sent me and email stating that he knew someone high ranking in the military (same branch as myself) and he would get them involved to basically to affect my career if I didn’t comply with their demands.

This can be pricey to maintain a high ranking on popular keywords and you never know when Google may change their algorithms.
