Advice Needed for website. Running your RE like a business.

As I have learned it is best to commit and not just act like this is a hobby. You should run your real estate investing like a business. With that being said, I have a website that I created that is very information driven and have it set up like a business website to generate leads. Now, being a new investor I don't expect to get many, if any, leads from it since I haven't marketed much at all (yet).

I am in the process of my first flip and I want to post pictures/blog about my experience. I love what I am doing and I want to share it.

So the advice I need: Do you think my website would be a good places to share my experience? Or should the website solely be for generating leads? And I should keep my projects, success stories of my flips, etc separate from this site? Does it even matter?

@Angelica Osusky

I think it's a great place to share your experience as more you put on their about experiences the more traffic you will drive. Also if you need hard money you easily can show what you have done to show your not a novice
