To date, our combined projects have yielded 320 preliminary plat approved lots across 101 total acres in three different counties and have generated a nice healthy return. 

All these questions swirled in my head as I contemplated this project.

Your risk tolerance is going to be huge, I have had a few projects that were uncomfortable for me to work through and I would have gone about them differently knowing what I know now.

During that time, we learned a lot about property ownership and how to do a lot of fixes and projects ourselves.

I am really excited meet like minded individuals in this community whose goals are to increase their wealth and add value to the market place.

It might be worth taking a chance on that, but for our bigger projects of $10-20 million or more, we usually go with the more expensive real one.But here's the thing, you gotta be aware that these cost segregation vendors are always emphasizing the benefits and not talking much about the downsides.

Working to get it up and running for the STR platforms now and goal is to have it operational by next week.
