Thanks for the explanation, that jogs my memory, and I agree with you that was the reason.Also, when I then took the tenant back to court for non payment, the courts did order them to pay on a payment plan. 

But the sites I advertise (or help clients setup and make profitable) range from parenting blogs to e-commerce electronics.But I wasn't going to go into all of those details here because the primary focus is real estate.

Owning a primary certainly won't HELP you to flip houses, but whether or not it hurts you requires deeper knowledge of your particular situation.
