We find asbestos in the Chicago suburbs all the time as a pipe insulation, and the common recommendation is to leave it alone and just wrap it up with plastic wrap or something along those lines to prevent it from crumbling.

In bad cases, after about 3 days, it starts to look like a cockroach armageddon with dying roaches twitching as they come out of the cracks to die.Tenant cleanliness, like keeping up with the trash and not leaving water and food out, is paramount in preventing/controlling infestations.

Try to prepared for anything that can happen.I was and wasn’t properly prepared for that brain aneurism and stroke that stroke that happened when I was 54 just two days before preventing surgery thanks to me taking a MRI and saw that problem but before that happened,I was told by my regular Doctor my condition was perfect.

I secured the remaining appliances changed out all of the locks (the original key was missing) and even went as far as to purchase a wireless security camera system that saves to local and cloud storage, ya know, just in case the thief came back last night for the rest of the items.I'm finding a renewed sense of respect for the old adage "an ounce of prevention...".
