I am curious how fellow landlords in Baltimore County, MD, are reacting to this new law banning discrimination based on a tenant's source of income. If you own 2 LLCs, each with 3 rentals, are you exempt?

Curious to see how this actually works out in reality.

It's meaningless. It's the same in cities all over. Landlords have to accept S8 vouchers, but they don't have to participate in the S8 program, get their units inspected by S8, or fix issues that S8 requires to comply with their requirements.
