Any Way Around Land Division Act?

I have 25 acres in Michigan but I understand that with my zoning, the land division act limits me to 5 splits every 10 years. I have to imagine there is a quicker way to split it up into a few more lots instead of waiting out the 10 years. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
