We all know about Denver's Lodging Tax and that it must be collected and paid and that short term rentals have to be licensed in Denver for this purpose.All of the platforms - AirBNB,VRBO, etc - collect this tax on the host's behalf and send it to the City.As a tax pro, I have probably 20 clients who have short term rentals in Denver and things are just seamless.

I stumbled upon this platform in a search on YouTube regarding learning the basics of real estate investing and I thought I would give it a try.

It's a platform similar to UpWork and Fiverr but it's only for people in the Philippines and pretty much I put an application on there looking for a Cold Caller and was able to narrow down to one that would take direction and she's getting paid pretty well honestly with my business.

There is an entire dedicated forum on Short Term Rentals and you get all sorts of advice.  

I see it was estanlished in 2014 but i cant find any reviews or any feedback on this business and even their social media pages on differ platforms have very little to no interaction from actual people.

Two items* Avail standard leases won't provide the legal coverage for this sort of contract, so you'll either have to type one entirely into the signature platform or take it offline.
