Hello,
I am brand spanking new to the real estate investing world and to Bigger Pockets as well. I have decided to try something new, by trying my hands at real estate investing. I have done some researching, and am pretty excited to start this new journey, however, I am nervous!

I am currently a nurse and have a skin care and cosmetics business. Becoming a real estate investor has NEVER crossed my mind until this pandemic occurred. I have always been in the market of helping others, so I know this is a bonus that I can add to my "resume."

I am posting to ask for feedback, motivation and positivity. Feedback on the following is welcomed and appreciated:

1. Where can I look to begin building relationships with real estate agents who are investor friendly?

2. What are the best ways to start off with marketing and networking for a beginner?

3. What do you look for when analyzing a property? What are the key components and how do I research the data?

4. Where can I find comp resources?

5. Seasoned investors, hypothetically, if I need to profit $20K by Nov. 30th, what would be the plan I'll need to stick with to meet this deadline?

6. Best ways to build my buyer's list?

I have the "big picture", but I have difficulty minimizing it to get to the small details to help get me there.

@Brittany Godley welcome to BP. The answers to all your questions and so much more are with the people of this community. You just have to ask as you have done. My answers to your questions:

    1. Search for agents on here that are in your area. Attend local meetups in your area and see if any are in attendance. Talk to other investors in your area and ask who they use.

    2. Networking is talking to everyone you know and telling them what you do, and providing value to others. Marketing is going to be more on your location and type of investing you want to do.

    3. These questions are specific to to the type of property you are analyzing and what type of investing you are doing.

    4. Best comp resources is going to be MLS. For that you'll need to be an agent or have an agent. You can use Zillow and other platforms but the best is the MLS.

    5. Hypothetically if you need $20k profit in two weeks. Wholesaling is probably going to be your best bet.

    6. Network.
