I'm certainly going to talk to realtors when I get up there, but I'm talking about starting a new passion and driving force in an area that's really foreign to me.

My focus is buy and hold.I study, read, and listen to podcasts and videos passionately( havent watched more than a few hours of tv since the day I began.I did get a real estate license and hung them with a broker, here in Atlanta.

Real estate has been something I've always been interested in, and recently life has changed enough for me that I can really express my passion for it and give it much more focus.  

I was planning on liquidating all properties, and relax somewhere abroad at age 41; however, I am very passionate in real estate that I drive for $$$ around downtown San Antonio, TX to check it out. 

I have always been intrigued and interested in real estate and the romance of building my own business.  

I have a serious passion for real estate investing and I believe being a Realtor is the logical step to grow that side of the business.

I look forward in meeting new people on this website, with the same passion as I have, to point me in the right direction.

It will hold you accountable to your realestate dreams and passion.
