Accredited classes are offered on line, I'd think that would be the bare knuckles way to go, but if you cannot attend a class, it's an option. :)

I am taking real estate investing course online, also I was a realtor about 5 or 6 years ago.  

I would list it on the MLS and as many other online platforms as possible with a price of $27,000.  

I have spent 60k at these stores in the last four years.  

I have found that a lot of the CL traffic is not very sophisticated when it comes to our application process, such as online applications, credit & background checks, automated rent payment, etc. 

Use one of the standardize browsers {Mozillia Firefox, Opera, Chrome} and life will get much easier.btw: once you get access to a service (say SmartMove or your XYZ online Banking site),make your life easier by creating a Bookmark and when logging on, NEVER remember the password for security reasons.

I saw those units for sale online in my saved search for "Puyallup multiplexes".

Hey BP,I was out yesterday doing some shopping and the owners of the store I was in approached me about selling their other location.

Now I'm seeking to get my Real Estate license but is impossible to get it in my current job due to the requirements in North Carolina of 5 weeks in classroom training (not allow online).
