Instantly when i read that I'm thinking add market analysis to that email chain which is it's one separate schedule based on when people sign up, and maybe use the articles as a separate newsletter type feature for potential and active investors to keep everyone up to date and separate from our current newsletter for anyone and everyone. 

Also, I just used the Experian Boost feature and it jumped my score up 15 points instantly. 

But that's it, no other info on the location.I think in each podcast the variables for success are numerous so I understand it should not be credited just to the location.

That said, Bitcoin (and crypto in general) has outperformed real estate numerous times, even through the amazing Real Estate bull run we've seen.
