Does any body have recommendations for appliances where to get them for a flip, obviously want it to look modern and good for new buyers however is Lowe’s and Home Depot my only options or is there other places I should be looking?

All the insurance brokerages I have spoken with require all the electrical, hvac, plumbing, and roof to be replaced before I can get coverage.

I have had one on rentals before as well and I renewed one for 3 years on one of my properties where the hvac system was old hoping they would replace it.
