I'm looking to develop a small office park with multiple free-standing professional/medical offices.

I currently work in the medical field.

These organizations are created to enable people with shared religious beliefs to share health care costs, and they are allowed to exist under federal law mostly because of a religious exemption.Like health insurers, these companies collect monthly payments from their members to provide coverage for eventual medical bills.

Add to that the allure of California, great economy in so cal, the ocean, amusement parks, medical centers, high tech, manufacturing, entertainment, recreation, sports teams, universities, etc., and it all creates a strong demand for housing and commercial space. 

He would need to have a job change, qualify for unemployment, unforseen circumstance such as additions to family, medical situation etc....

Without going into detail, these medical types will have leads, clients' homes need to be sold, even old landlords may end up there!

They are older and live about 25 min away from the property.They are pushing for an offer this week that includes the contents.I educated them on local sale prices and homes that are updated vs homes needing repair, but a realistic rehab sale price will be a tough pill for them to swallow. 

Other markets to consider include Greenbelt, Suitland and Largo that are attracting major projects (Regional Medical Center, Town Center, USCIS and FBI headquarters) and will bring thousands of high-paying jobs and more middle-income families.
