I'm looking to develop a small office park with multiple free-standing professional/medical offices. Does anyone have a proforma for something like this that they wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks!

@Bennet Sebastian

I would reach out to your broker community. Talk with the players that understand these types of deals. From there you are going to need a real estate services/consulting firm to handle the feasibility study as well. They can guide you in putting together your pro-forma. This will be expensive so if you are not fully committed to the project you might want to continue doing some research.

I would also try to connect with a developer who has done this type of deal before. Some might not offer their advice but many will.
