Hello to all!

 I am a single mother of one. I currently work in the medical field. I am to the point where I'm tired of working for man. I'm ready to be my own boss, which brings me to the real estate business. I am in love with hgtv, watching the flips and interior decorating. I've always had a creative talent. I never fully put it into action and now is my time. I have no experience in real estate. I just learned about wholesaling which would be a great start. I want to learn all the in's and out's of real estate in the area's I will be pursuing. Secondly I do want to purchase vacation properties. My goal is to be my own boss, get to a passive income and bring my family in own starting a family business and leaving an inheritance
