I am already learning a lot from here... and I would want to be a very well established and astute real estate investor in the nearest future so I will like to use this as a platform for growth and learning for myself and others.

Realizing that there is a lot to learn to be taken seriously in this business and that books can only get you so far since markets and areas vary.

That, along with some nice renovations to local golf courses could do a lot to help me fill some rooms in the non-ski months. 

@Carrie Giordano, I am getting a good deal for him working for me, but he doesn't really know a much and he's got a lot to learn.
