Launching apartment search map for the first time

Hey, guys! I'm sure, most of you have seen so called apartment map on Zillow or Apartments. I've also found the  really nice realization of this idea by SF startup called Rentberry. They have nice design decisions and it looks simple in comparison with ApartmentsCom search.

Now, me and my colleagues want to launch the same searching tool, but unfortunately, no one of us is a developer, so we are seeking for additional info on how to launch, how long does it take to create it, which kind of developers do we need in our team. If you had an experience working on it, please give a feedback and help us to define in which way to move and what to do first.

Thank you :)
