We were getting great traffic right up until Christmas, and had an offer that unfortunately fell through, so I don't think we're overpriced.So my gut says wait till Spring, what do you think?

Sure, it's better than being below average, but I for one am sick and damn tired of sitting in a friggin cubicle working my *** off for someone else who will lay me off when the quarterly reports dip, chunking money into a 401(k) that earns a paltry 13% per year on average.

If you do not pay, attorneys go to court on behalf of association and file a FED (a forcible entry and detainer action) to basically evict you, the owner, and take possession of your unit and then (wait for it...) rent your unit out to a bonafide tenant until the delinquent account has been satisfied.
