New member, willing to learn.
Hello everyone! My names Jonathan Hodge and i'm currently a senior at UCF. I have been working construction for a few years now and want to use this experience in investing.
I am currently building my first home and would love to learn from experienced investors on how to go about flipping houses.
I learned about bigger pockets just a few days ago while at the gym and listened to the podcast while working out. I have not made any investments of my own (other than building my house) and can't wait to get started.
The reason I am leaning towards flipping houses is because I am good with my hands and find that my return can be directly related to how hard I work sounds promising. If anyone wants to give me advice on where I should start, or even if flipping is the right place to start let me know!
Thanks, Jonathan Hodge
