Hello BP community! I am a civil engineer that has been reading and learning about real estate for the past 5 years.

We have yet to purchase an investment property but we have purchased two homes that we have lived in. If the right deal comes along we might have to "jump in" this year.

My wife has recently become a realtor in the area. We are looking to flip houses to generate income for long term rentals. I look forward to learning and giving back to BP.

I thought I knew Colorado fairly well but Firestone is not coming to mind. Feel free to run the numbers on a forum post of any property you want to buy for a free analysis.
