I am looking at a duplex, and according to the leases the landlord pays for the water.

Hello all,I'm looking at purchasing  property (Duplex) which is on a 4,000 sq foot lot and zoned T6-8According to Miami21 the minimum lot size for any sort of zoning always requires  lot size being 5000 sq foot minimum.Per T6-8 zoning density I should be able to have 4 units on this land and that would be my goal in the future. 

Being new to the area, getting a lay of the land is my biggest learning curve. 

Brighton is a great place to own property especially near the new Boston Landing area.
