New windows, insulate, drywall, paint interior and exterior, flooring, bath & kitchen.

Very little cosmetic work needs to be done, the kitchens are updated, the floors are done, there is even new wiring, plumbing, roof, and windows. 

By the 7th unit, I could do the same amount of work in 3 weeks: flooring, tile, kitchen cabinets, granite counters, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, painting, etc. 

Replace cabinets: Re-doing the bathroom/kitchen so this is a given.Other questions:Do I need to have someone come in and remove drywall to figure out if we need to tear out the walls due to smoke smell in the insulation?

I would of went with a little nicer oven to accommodate the beautiful kitchen.

In 2014 I completed renovated the basement suite from flooring to ceiling, kitchen, furnace, bathroom, windows etc.

Either become such a pain that someone hires the equipment needed to move it.

Yes, we were thinking of a dwelling policy to cover cost of the structure and rehab materials & equipment inside the building.

Look at photos and look for renovated kitchens bathrooms etc. as well as has a small gap between when it was last sold to when it was resold.

Our Initial projected rehab cost was 90K with Secondary being like in-law unit but we got permit from city to build full fledged unit with Full Kitchen and 1 bed and bath.
