I have done a bunch of deals there in that price range and they are not hoods for war zones. you deal direct with a local realtor.. no need for west coast marketing agents or turn key of any kind.Frankly not sure why you would want to invest 40k in the US in a rental house your not going to really make any money or get any appreciation you will in fact probably lose money.

Hey @Tim Wilkinson,It looks like you've received some good feedback on this one from @Aaron Montague, @Shaun Reilly, @Brian Gibbons, @Joe Kling and @Priscilla Z..The 70% rule ensures you have some margin if you're doing a traditional flip in an average price range.
