I trust and believe little of what is told to me; instead, good credit & background checks, employment & income verification, and personal interaction with the potential tenants should just about tell you everything you would need to know.

And thus, if you have legitimately good deals and are out there constantly interacting with folks, such as on BP as well as local REIAs and so forth, you should be able to find ways to make those deals happen.

I feel like you need to be able to see the properties and interact with them and the property managers to get your money out of it.

The problem is however, that I have not been able to find one: many agents that I used/interacted with are not very interested in or capable of working on investment properties.

Elite offered a two-week window for their response.This is, unfortunately, typical of my interactions with Elite Invest, LLC.

The kiosks and other technologies are more for new customers and supplement face to face interaction.

@Alex Deacon Your point is a good one, and I haven't had enough interaction witht the agent to have a good feel for what level of service she will provide.
