As far as carpet as long as it was cleaned and shampooed prior to move in then it is, as in, as is condition and you are not changing that.. it if has stains that didn't come out.. then you let them know the carpet condition was noted and they won't be charged for that stain.. get it done,, it's reasonable and programming garage openers are a pain so plan on googling the instructions for that..

It is hit or miss as to what they have in stock because they are a discount store, but they have great prices on everything in stock compared to any of the big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes.As for the kitchen cabinets go, yes it was a huge pain to refinish them!
