I think there are mobile home restrictions in the area too.

If the home prices are below $80k then the low range homes are in the mobile home price range and it may be hard to compete with.  

Just wanted to let the mobile home community know that I have 4 lots within the city limits of Willis, Texas and Montgomery, Texas that allows mobile homes and or RV's.

I love to network in and outside of the Columbia area.Currently I am a Sales Assistant for a local mobile home investor and a Leasing Agent for a Property Management company. 

It currently has a mix of houses and mobile homes on it.

Once you have the financing in place, plans drawn and approved, permits pulled and contractor selected a ground breaking ceremony will be in your near future!  

Getting ready to close on a deal but have  a property insurance issue...... property is on .25 acres with a  2/1 rented at $700 and a mobile home (mother in law suite) rented at $400.  

Consider changing your niche to fit the returns and risk you want.You can buy a mobile home for $2 - $5K cash and rent or sell it on terms for $400-$500 net per month forever with little to no matenance. 

Real estate agents are a mobile bunch, so you might not find the right person there if you walk in the door.  

Let's say someone gave you a dilapidated mobile home for free and you found a park that would let you rent a space for $200/month.
