and the financial collapse of the Great Recession, I decided to leave the toy industry.That led to a 5-year stint at as a Gourmet Food Buyer, which I enjoyed immensely, but couldn't see myself retiring from.

I've had many refrigerators fail and 2 times the tenant said that I am paying for their food.  

I have a 9,000 sf truck terminal / shop on 2.65 acres I want to sell.

This matters when tenants decide to spend money on food vs rent.

Maybe they are fully depreciated and have had them so long and need the money, or maybe they are leveraged and have fallen on hard times, i could keep going but just some food for thought. 

In October 2015 we signed a contract for the amount of the loan, $139k.A home with one parking spot housing five trucks and two motorcycles.

The machine was so loud that I never heard the smoke alarm go off from all the dust, and was rudely interrupted by the police and fire trucks lights outside my window. 

I could do this cheap (like $600 for both) because I used to be a welder and still have my truck and equipment.
