I think you are going to do great, enjoy the ride and make SURE you have good tenants.

RV rentals / ride sharing sites are reporting 2x demand as people are still skittish about getting on a plane or staying in a hotel. 

My husband and I always do a ride by before we live in any area to see what it's really like.

I have reinvested in other properties but have also diversified my investments and by doing so insure I have available reserves to ride out any market fluctuations.

If you want to realize max cash flow and reduce some of your headaches then I would say ride it out unless something forces you to sell.

A site like BP will not automatically drive business your way, you have to get out there and build your business the old-fashioned way- through hard work!

Assuming 5K jobs per site you need to be very close to bike riding distance to see a higher demand.
