Hello everyone. My name is Bobby Valcin and I currently reside in Lake Worth Florida. I decided to start getting back into real estate investing about three weeks ago. I'm hoping to do things the right way this time. I'm working full time and doing an internship right now. Between the two I am working about 67 hours per week. Needless to say it is tough to get a lot done with investing, but I am still learning slowly and doing as much as I can anyway.

So far I have started out listening to a couple a podcast to educate myself. I can do this in my car, and at the gym (thank God for technology)! As far as action steps I am driving for dollars in the areas where I work and live. I plan on doing individualized direct mailing with the houses that I discover. I have set up a Google voice mail account, and I plan to start posting ads on Craigslist and TRYING to go to at least one REIA group in the near future.

As I mentioned I have very limited time until December, but if anyone has suggestions on how I can best use that time until my internship is over, or just in general, I'm all ears. God bless.
