I think you will find that our current circumstances has created a very opportunistic time to obtain a better return on your investment by purchasing single family rentals.Overall effect of Coronavirus:Vacation & short term rentals have seen a decrease in demand as fewer people are traveling.Interest rates have hit all time record lows allowing for the best financing terms to lock in 30yr fixed rates that we have Never seen before!

We have shut down all amenities except laundry, limited office hours, no vendors on-site unless for emergencies, only emergency work orders, not accepting package deliveries.We have waived late fees and everywhere I own evictions have be disallowed until we get through this.I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's a lot of what we are doing.

Without them, no one can legally occupy a building, so if you are in a building that doesn’t have these documents except in few rare instances, you run the risk of the city issuing a vacate order.
