I found that area to be an excellent opportunity to create passive income and strong capital gains.Looking forward to connecting with you, who knows maybe even do a deal together!

I like playing with the calculators, and I'm too lazy to replicate them in excel myself.

It is entirely different from real estate, but I decided that my life wasn't the right fit for real estate (land lording) at this time.  

The combination of BP information overload, books, Brian Gibson, and deals that don't fit into the wholesale category exposed me to the "terms" side of investing.It's listed on MLS with an agent. 

Atlanta fits the bill on most of those things, but am not sure that its a great place for investments.

Research the many ways there are to invest and find the one that best fits the time you have and the money you have.  

I probably could have used regular round vent pipe, but using the periscope vent let me sit the dryer back a little further, so it fit in the laundry area better.
